What Are the Different Levels of Certification?
The Acura Certified Pre-Owned program divides vehicles into two categories. Precision Used vehicles are less than ten years old, while Precision Certified vehicles must be under five years old. Precision Certified vehicles undergo a more intensive inspection and come with additional benefits.
How Are Vehicles Precision Certified?
Beyond their age, Precision Certified vehicles must have driven less than 80,000 miles and have a clean title. Next, they are subject to a 182-point inspection at our service center that follows a comprehensive checklist. Once all parts are properly replaced, the vehicle is considered Precision Certified.
What Warranty Will I Receive?
Those who select a Precision Used vehicle will receive powertrain coverage for six months or 7,500 miles and non-powertrain coverage for the same length of time. Precision Certified vehicles, on the other hand, come with powertrain coverage for seven years or 100,000 miles and non-powertrain coverage for two years or 100,000 miles.
Is Roadside Assistance Included?
All certified pre-owned vehicles come with Acura Roadside Assistance. This package includes various Acura service tasks such as emergency fuel delivery, battery jump starts, and lockout assistance. Precision Used vehicles have coverage for one year, while Precision Certified models get two years.
Can I Exchange My Vehicle?
