There's no denying that sleek Acura sedans are eye-catching and performance-packed. They're also refined and luxurious inside. While they both have so many perks, we're highlighting the key differences between two of our favorites - the 2023 Acura TLX and the 2023 Acura Integra.
The Refined Passenger Space Inside
One of the most significant differences between these two sedans at Acura of Sherman Oaks is their size. The Acura Integra is a compact premium sport sedan, while the Acura TLX is larger, given its midsize premium sport sedan classification.
What may come as a surprise to you, however, is the fact that the Acura Integra actually provides more passenger and cargo volume, even though the Acura TLX is longer and wider. This is due to its hatchback-inspired style. They have similar front passenger space, but the Acura Integra has almost two and a half extra inches of rear legroom.
Cargo Capacities
While both sedans provide generous cargo space, the Acura Integra offers extra space, as we mentioned. The Acura TLX trunk can hold up to 13.5 cubic feet of cargo. You can collapse the 60/40-split fold-down seatback to accommodate longer items.
The Acura Integra, on the other hand, can hold up to 24.3 cubic feet of cargo. It also features a 60/40-split fold-down seatback to amplify the cargo space. The liftback style makes the area as convenient as possible to access and load.
Premium Performance
When you want serious power but still want to prioritize fuel efficiency, you'll want the Acura Integra. It uses a 1.5-liter VTEC® turbocharged inline four-cylinder engine to produce an enticing 200 horsepower and 192 lb-ft of torque while remaining efficient.
The Acura TLX prioritizes performance with its 2.0-liter VTEC turbocharged inline four-cylinder engine, which delivers up to 272 horsepower and 280 lb-ft of torque. With the sedan's available 3.0-liter turbocharged V6 engine, you can get even more power, churning out up to 355 horsepower and 354 lb-ft of torque.
